Glass Cloth, NOMEX® y DMD, Epoxi resin impregnated (Pre-Preg)
Pre-preg glass cloth, impregnated with epoxy novalac resin, permits molding materials which are compliant with a great variety of international standards such as G – 10 and G – 11 ASTM D-709. It is used to produce base plates of printed circuits, wedges and shims for generators, insulating tubes and all kinds of tooling parts which require good F-type mechanical and electrical resistance.
They are impregnated to pre-preg all kinds of cloth, varying their type and weight according to the final product. (fine 180 f/m2 cloth up to roving cloth of 660 g/m2 )
We have recently added vynil-ester resins mainly for anticorrosion applications. The product comes in separate rolls with polyethylene film, of approximately 1-metre width and varying lengths according to product weight (between 25 and 50 meters)

Description
Pre-preg moulding material which is made up of fiberglass and polyester resin together with special filler, moisturizing additives, suface-active colors and catalyzers for its formation under pressure and temperature.
